Cristina Bita is the audit chair of Dataminr’s board of directors. She is also Vice President of Finance at Google, and Business Finance Officer for Google’s Devices and Services and Global Marketing organizations.
Since joining Google in 2006, Cristina has served in a number of finance leadership roles across a range of business areas, including Sales and Business Development, Consumer Products, Platforms and Ecosystems, G&A, Technical Infrastructure and Enterprise. Prior to Google, she held various positions at Siemens/Osram.
Cristina serves on the board of directors and audit committee of Prologis and holds a MSc in finance from Boston College and a BSc in business administration from Salem State University and is a certified management accountant (CMA).
