Sharon Gould is responsible for leading and scaling the team across Sales and Customer Success Operations, Sales Compensation, Deal Desk, Sales Technology, Sales Performance, and GTM Enablement, supporting both our Public and Private Sector businesses globally. Prior to Dataminr, Sharon has over 23 years of experience as a Senior leader in Global Operations, holding Senior Vice President titles at Papaya Global, LogMeIn, and Skillsoft.
Dana Barnes
President, Global Public Sector
Dana Barnes is currently Dataminr's President of Global Government. His teams focus on delivering mission supporting solutions to government customers worldwide. With more than 22 years of IT and business development experience, including a Master of Science in Information Technology, Dana has spent his career helping customers and partners solve problems and improve their infrastructure and operational capabilities.
Paul Tierney
Senior Vice President, Public Sector Sales
Paul Tierney is the SVP for state and local markets on the public sector team. He has 20+ years experience in software sales and consulting. Prior to entering the commercial world, Paul served as an officer in the U.S. Navy for 6 years.
Jai-Sun Lee
Vice President, Platform Partnerships
Jai-Sun Lee has been with Dataminr since 2015. Prior to joining the company, he spent a decade in the U.S. public sector primarily focused on defense and intelligence.

Senior Vice President, Customer Success
Emily is a seasoned go-to-market SaaS leader with over 20 years of experience building effective global teams, driving change management and leveraging technology and data to meet revenue goals and build happy client partnerships. At Dataminr, Emily leads customer success, technical support and corporate solutions engineering. Prior to joining Dataminr, she held leadership roles at BrightEdge, Return Path and Ipsos.
